SOANPAPDI

Soan Papdi is a classic North Indian sweet made of fine, airy threads of gram flour, ghee and sugar. Its flaky layers dissolve almost instantly on the tongue.

Taste, Texture and Look

Light, flaky and buttery with a gentle sweetness and a hint of cardamom aroma. It is a favourite in festival gift boxes because it looks as good as it tastes.

Why Choose Soan Papdi from Shri Rajbandhu

Our Desi Ghee range is prepared in small batches using pure desi ghee, the way traditional mithai has always been made. That is why it carries an authentic, homely aroma that factory-made sweets rarely match. We are based in Varanasi, a city famous for its mithai, and every order is packed fresh at the time of dispatch.

Best For

• Diwali gifting and festive platters
• Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Holi and other festivals
• Weddings, engagements and anniversaries
• Corporate and family gifting

How to Store and Enjoy

Keep Soan Papdi in a cool, dry place and, once opened, in an airtight container. For the best taste, enjoy it fresh. Serve at room temperature, with tea or milk, or arrange it on a platter for guests.
